Tina W.I had my first visit with Juban and Cowen Dental care, after several poor experiences at my previous dentist office. The staff there are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! From the time I went to the back, until my leaving, everything and everyone was great. They REALLY strive to cater to the patient and make sure we’re comfortable. So much so, that the exam chairs massage your back while you’re being treated, and there’s a television that you can look straight up at when they lay you back. THEY’RE ALL ABOUT PATIENT COMFORT!! They were also SUPER INFORMATIVE and took the time to answer ALL my questions. They didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was taking up too much time, which was super important to me. They were really eager to put to rest any concerns, fears or worries that I may have had in regards to comfort during treatment. From Katie the hygienist, to Dr. Cowen and even Melissa in finance, EVERYONE was so nice and welcoming! They even gave me a “goody bag” when I left, not knowing how much I LOVE tumbler/coffee cups!
